The biggest change was removing the Slow requirement for his Traumas. He's still not going to be punching up at a lot of Skill champs, but at least now he's not getting almost completely shut down when the defender is immune to slow.

I can’t tell the difference. He still hits like a pillow. He may be keeping more trauma debuffs up, but it doesn’t really help him perform.

i know those champions changed significantly in the matter of ramp,but that din't change anything at all since that wasn't the main complain and they chose to ignore that, from a 0 to 1.5

At least Falcon is great for Raids with Siphon hack, it's realy good

For those comparing things to Patriot's buff. I would say that the quality of these buffs is similar to Patriot's (Patriot's is maybe a tiny bit better), but Patriot was a much better champ to begin with.

Sad excuse for a champion buff. He’s basically the same. If you just played him, you’d realize that you don’t notice anything different.
Like increasing the cap on debilitates, but making them weaker… totaling a 5% increase in debilitate potency. 5! 5% 😂😂😂

Honestly in any other jobs they would of got fired for that.

Shame the only impactful thing the the "Rebalance" team done was nerfing Spiderwoman, just not the type of impact players wanted.

The whole "Rebalance Program" might have been one of the worst and wasted resources Kabam ever came up with (in MCoC) just to prevent Hercule 2.0....oh wait we got Serpent.
