Re: Battlegrounds, bleed and poison
Check the masteries setup in your BG Deck. It doesn't auto update in BG when you change your main mastery setup.
Re: Kabam don't make this kind of BG meta again
Another self-own from the MCOC community.
Re: Rant: The problem with “BG brainrot” and How it Has Distorted Champion Evaluation in MCOC
yes,,,it’s simply just common sense.
Even as a casual battlegrounds player i still regard the game mode as one of the best ways to measure a champions attributes both offensively and defensively for short to medium fights (covering a great deal of the modes in this game).
As for ramp up champs, there are several options for content not just exclusive to one specific champion.
For me personally this makes it less lucrative to invest in one of those as opposed to a character that is valuable in several formats of the game.

Why are you tweaking over one guy using AI. Did AI ruin your life or what
Re: Rant: The problem with “BG brainrot” and How it Has Distorted Champion Evaluation in MCOC
TLDR: Brain rot is a user (and game mode) problem, not a champion issue.
I can't tell you the last time I looked at a tier list or cared about an over-the-top thumbnail title for a video. YTers sensationalize their thumbnails to attract viewers. BG streams are watchable. It's the easiest way to see how a champion interacts in a variety of matchups/nodes while still allowing them to interact with the viewer. It makes sense that they would continue to talk about how a champ does in BG's because that's where they spend the majority of their time in-game.
It doesn't make it brain rot. Find a YTer that shows other pieces of content. Focus on posts in Discord or here on the forums that don't center on BG's. The whole idea is centered around the person consuming the information and shouldn't be passed off on the people putting out the content. Guess what, if they don't get views/subscribers or no one interacts with the post, maybe they gravitate towards putting out other forms of content.
Nothing wrong with ramp-up champs. Kabam should really double down and add a BG component to each new kit that allows that champ to function in BG's. They've done it here or there (i.e. Cull with the 3 charges, Silver Samurai, etc.). They should do the same for all the champs that need that added push to become viable. I get the financial idea behind champion specialization.
Personally, I can't wait for the blacklisting of champs in BG's. Without it, It's a dull, grindy game mode that feels more like arena than an engaging piece of content and that's coming from someone who always makes it to GC the first week it comes out. Same champs, same fights, same bans, etc..
Re: Rant: The problem with “BG brainrot” and How it Has Distorted Champion Evaluation in MCOC
very well put together post. I agree w/ what you said. I've been echoing these sentiments to my fellow mcoc friends. The stuff on YT is all entertainment and click bait and rage bait. Real players can look at their roster and plan accordingly. I admit i fell into that trap before lol. So now i look at my roster and i have a dedicated journal i write in for mcoc so i know who to rank up and not get lost in the MCOC bs.
Re: Who designed this forum? Its atrocious
The forum tho lol. idk it's pretty simple to maneuver through. What would be some suggestions to make it better ?
