That's a Twitch problem, not Kabam. I have issues with a lot of things Kabam does or does not do, but this isn't really on them.
Maybe they can put pressure on Twitch to correct the issue if enough users are experiencing this issue, though.

Logging into multiple devices shouldn't trigger a ban. Traveling to different places also shouldn't. I've actively tried to trigger a problem in the past, working with Kabam to see if different things would cause a problem, and I've never been able to trigger a fair play warning with any combination of travel, VPN usage, and multiple devices. I've even played on aircraft WiFi that relays to ground stations where my location rapidly jumps from point to point to point and this does nothing at all. Unless something has changed, it generally takes more than that to trigger a problem.

Short answer: it is supposed to be a grind.
Longer answer:
The arena contains essentially unlimited units, the premium currency of the game. Not only does it contain a huge amount of such units compared to most such games, the effort required to get them is already much lower than it was ever intended to be. For veteran players who have put in the roster effort, less than two hours a day six days a week gets all the milestones from all three arenas.
The arenas were tuned at a time before high rank 7* champs, before ascension, before most players had the developed rosters they do now. Originally, there were four arenas not three. Kabam condensed them into the three arenas that exist now, several years ago. At that time the intent was to simply the arenas without too bit of an impact on the players who were grinding those arenas for units. A couple of players including myself worked behind the scenes to make sure the updated arenas could, to the best extent possible match the units per hour of effort that the original four arenas presented, and we mostly succeeded. However, the game has moved on from that time, and the two arenas that allow 6 and 7 star champs in them now can be run in practically the blink of an eye. They are several times faster than originally intended. And Ascension has accelerated even the Trials arena to speeds probably twice as fast as originally intended.
The current arenas present, in terms of milestones and units from arena crystals combined, something on the order of 90,000 units per year for maybe a couple hours a day (this includes the units from the catalyst arenas but those are relatively small numbers). There are very few mobile games that allow players to grind out 3000 USD of premium currency per year at all, and I'm pretty sure there aren't any that will let any player do so for free for just a couple hours a day.
If ever the devs touch the arenas, it will almost certainly be to rebalance the effort required to get those units upward to the levels they were originally balanced for back in 2021 or so.
Nobody has had more conversations with the developers about the arenas than I have, going back years. Trust me when I say: stop asking the devs to retune the arenas. If they do, I'm blaming you and everyone else that has asked for the past five years.
Or if you don't believe me, somewhere around the forums is I believe a quote from Kabam Crashed echoing similar sentiments. Crashed was the game economy lead, and now he's the overall live game lead. The player who has worked on the arenas the most and has literally written the book on how to grind it is saying things are way faster than they were ever intended to be, and the Live Game Lead developer is saying it is probably too fast in general.

This is extremely incorrect.
Cost and time wise 8*s would have been a much better addition to the game.
It is not a good thing and there have been numerous forum threads, YouTube videos, posts and breakdowns of why ascension as it is is not good.
If it was what it was promised to be then it would have been better. But currently it is much much worse in pretty much every aspect

He's not going to change after the Echo damage change. At least not in 99% of situations in the game. The only game modes that the change will affect are Big Thing and Raids.

6 star ascension was basically get some ascension dust and you sorted.
But.
If they are not releasing 8 stars..and the 7 star “ascension program is actually “8 stars”, then I don’t see the issue.
In fact it’s a huge bonus. Because when you do finally get lucky enough to ascend your chosen 7 star to 8 star…guess what…it’s fully sigged up and ready to roll.
So the choices are..
Release 8 stars, and then everyone try and rebuild their entire roster randomly with 8 star crystals and get them sigged up, and buy 8 star ag and 8 star sig stones.
Or
Ascend 7 stars and everyone try and get their chosen hero ascended randomly at some point, but when you do, it’s already good to go.
When you look at it in that way, the ascension program still has the randomness of acquiring your hero to ascend that you’d get when you randomly open an 8 star crystal…you’re still going to pull the same **** 8 star junk hero as you will when you pull a **** junk asscndable 7 star….but it’s sooooooooo much better than 8 stars…fully maxed…no new sig stones..no new ag..and when you do get your chosen hero….its just a massive W.
So yeah. When you look at it like that..it’s a good thing.

4 stars arenas is actually quite rewarding and enjoyable if you use maxed and ascended 4 stars
