Kabam immediately put a challange to use 6 star Magik out there, at a time when there wasn't that much going on.

Combine that with Carina's challenges and a lot of other content coming out a week later, and not enough information about other sources of the tokens, and people thought it might make sense to spend a few dollars and get it done with, especially those who don't grind the gladiator circuit.

If full disclosure on the number of tokens available / how to get them were known, many of those people would not have spent the money on the bundles and waited… but since they thought there choice was only to do incursions or pay… they chose an option.

If they knew a week later, the tokens would rain in for fighting with 2 stars and other random things in the game… a percentage of those people would have saved the money (or at least spent it on something more meaningful in game)… and that's why players are upset.

Sample Solutions: (any one would do)
1: increase the rewards track.

2: add rank rewards

3: offer a trade in for something else (saga shards, 7 star shards, essentia, whatever)

Guess that's it then, still no real answers, no real honesty even after all that's happened.

Still blaming oversights and mistakes and now had to damage control, its funny that you guys caused so much chaos and pissed off the player base so much just to get us to the situation we're at now, overlapping stores for a month, more availablity to trade and this is pretty much what we wanted from the start, you guys just decided to push your luck and see what you can get a way with.

At this point, it's just all a shambles.

Even you are telling the truth and you released this update in such a terrible state because you didn't check it, you didn't do your due diligence and 11-years of developing and running this game has taught you absolutely nothing.

Or it's all lies, you knew exactly what you were doing with multiple back up options for when it goes wrong and how much backlash this caused.

Incompetence and negligence, or maliciousnous and greed. Both are destroying the game.

But it's cool @Kabam Crashed you keep running this in the into the ground behind the scenes and letting Mike deal with the fallout while you stay silent and continue alienate the player base, I'm sure this all work out in the end when everyone puts the game down 👍

You get them from in game mail later. They said they still don’t have the system to determine when a max sig comes from a titan or something. Either way, you don’t get the shards right away you’ll get them later.

buy as much as you can directly with old Loyalty.

Max 999, maybe more if they continue allowing old usage next week too (?), as well as being able to do more it is also a better cost deal using Loyalty directly (vs converting first).

Unlike using Incursions Artifacts, which seem to be able to buy 2x as much Raid Tix by first converting Artifacts to Essentia.

Raids needs to be free until they improve rewards
