The new Essentia Store is complete garbage, no matter what. I don't know exactly what I expected, but I thought the items would be similar to the Radiation Store. Above all, it should have a much wider selection. I'm not really happy with the new store. I'm glad the other stores are still around.

Always go by the EQ timer. Kabam streams, unless communicated otherwise, will take place with 5 days left. There should, however, be some new drops today through watching other streamers.

The Essentia store is combining the glory, incursions, and BG store. It includes items from all three. It isn't intended to be solely a Battlegrounds store replacement.

And as to who would want that stuff in the store? Kabam got tons of feedback about lower tier rank up materials being deficient in the Essentia and Mysterium stores. So much so that they increased the amount of that stuff in response. Not everyone plays the game in the same way.

General question. Is anyone really concerned about modders in Victory Track? I get that they are an issue in Gladiator Circuit but is there any modder content to park in VT? My thought is that if there's a modder who isn't caught, they're generally not a problem in VT after the first few days because they've moved up.

In my general opinion, VT should be a relatively less stressful set of nodes compared to GC. I'm not a great Battlegrounds player by any stretch of the imagination so maybe a loss here and there in VT stresses me out less. It just seems like the cost of a loss on victory track is so minimal and the problems in Contest of Champions are so plentiful that a very slapdash (which, yeah, it really is) victory track meta is like not even breaking the top ten on concerns.

My point is not I'm doing less than before and getting the same. My point is I am doing the same as before, and now getting less. Before essentia, I wasn't doing war, I did aq and I did BGs. Now I still don't do war, I do aq and bgs. But since essentia is now combined, I get less from aq and bgs because some of that is distributed into war, which I didn't and still don't do. So effectively my rewards have been nerfed for doing the same thing as before.

they sold it as you can do whatever game mode you want and get essentia to buy whatever you want, what they didn't mention was now you'll have much less currency to buy stuff if you don't do every single game mode since they're all combined. I haven't gotten anywhere near enough essentia for the week to buy what I want, and I end up having to forgo stuff so I have enough essentia for the following week to buy stuff I want, because next week the pitiful amount will barely be enough to cover purchases. And I don't even buy that many things. 2 t4a, 6* sig stones and 6* shards and I'm pretty much out

if you check the countdown timer on EQ, once it gets under 7 days, then the livestream for the next month's update is generally the next Friday morning

Okay, but common sense should tell you that you weren't going to get as much or even more for doing less. If you're going to do less content, you're going to get less currency. "Buy whatever you want" does not translate to buying everything you want in any language. If you thought you could do less and be no worse off, then you set yourself up for that unrealistic disappointment.

They still need to fix the currency. In reality, it should be considered a store update and everything should be more affordable in comparison to previous purchase prices. As it stands now, not only are some items more expensive, but everything is less within reach because the availability of currency is far lower than it should be.

Hulkling - Performing really good in both war and BGs.
Nimrod - Still visible in BGs. Not so much in war.
X-23 - Absent from both BGs and War.
Valkyrie - Performing really good in BGs offense. Has really good niche uses in War.
Scorpion - Rarely seen. Has some uses in war.
Jane Foster - Can't comment. Rarely seen but I've been hearing really good comments.

Kingpin - Rarely seen. Has some uses in war.
Absorbing Man - Top tier in both war and BGs.
