As to the 10 year, why not 7 year, or 4 year (4 year people probably think they have been playing long enough to be recognized too).

Everybody gains additional recognition every year (each December). Everyone gains a new title, recognizing yet another year of service, and it actually says how many years of service on it. That is how people can be proud of how long they have played, and for others to see how long you have played.

The mod already spoke. Your account is outside of the criteria. My account is older than yours and I don't have the badge either. Just because you feel like you deserve it, doesn't mean it should be given to you.

Boosts work in solo coliseum. No point changing the UI between the two. And this makes it very clear that boosts don't work in case someone wants to use it.
