Interesting that we can hold 125 champion tokens (my account shows a max of 100), which no one is close to maxing out even if they paid for every offer available, but the Tier 2 dust maxes out at 2500, which many players are in overflow based on simply completing content.

My mistake, you had talked about "stacked decks", not that you had one yourself. I read that wrong.

I definitely never said this meta has the usual skill requirements, but there was a different skill set involved, no question.

Draft rng helped, but knowing when to place what defenders based on the opponents draft is what got me through it as fast as I did.

You also needed to have some seriously tanky defenders.

I remember when everybody was saying Kindred would now be nearly useless this meta because "health doesn't matter" but what people saying that failed to think about was the fact you still have to be alive at the end of the fight because if you die, it's over.

The season was miserable, it was an absolutely stupid decision to lovk a piece behind it, but there was alot more skill involved than just "this champ goes brrrr".

This entire ecosystem is trash currently including the fanboys who need their hatred to be felt if someone criticizes their precious mcoc.

My rec. take a break. If you come back, great. If not, that’s fine too since I doubt anything will change. I took a 2 year break a few years ago. Came back to the first wave of 7*s which was exciting but this game is going to 💩 . So I’m considering taking another break myself. At the end of the day, it’s just another game and there’s so much more to play and enjoy.

BG’s would be way more fun without all the nodes and what not. Straight up PvP. No adding +5000 health and attack. Just a straight up fight. And let us see the other fight that we don’t get to see. If the other player is that good let us see it.

I’ve also noticed my only losses this season that have been insanely fast were all to russian and Spanish accounts.

Congratz mate! The chase is most the fun but DThanos and DShehulk are top champions that will have many uses over the years to come.

It is luck based, but in general no different from 8*. We have access to more 7* ascended than we may have had to get to 8*. Remember, a lot of champs depend on sig, so we would be stuck in the loop of crappy champs till 8* sig stones became available.
While i'm not a huge fan of ascension, it atleast helps to some degree to preserve current champ usage.

In terms of prestige, yeah ascension is wayyy too OP, but in actual usage…. not entirely.
