I'm about a couple T5A towards my first, that's the deciding factor for me. I'd love Torch, but again...the amount I'd actually use him compared to the time it's going to take me to get the Alpha. Honestly, it could go either way for me.

They're not going to rotate every single champ that joined the pool at the same time, at the same time, we don't have nearly enough champs for each role for them to be rotating them at the same time in large quantities like how you're saying. We have a lot of champs in the game yes but not a lot that mix perfectly well with boosts especially the older outdated ones.

Harder yes, granted you used Heimdall on you hero run, if you didn't use Heimdall then villain easier than the hero one. That's only because Heimdall is a cheat code for the whole thing r3 clears most fights in 50-80 secs at max ramp and he cleared Ares whole hp in like two mins I barely used one team revive for that last phase and I was done.

dude, without the prefight, you wanna use Torch for Energy Damage champs, or Mystics (who Torch counts as dealing Energy Damage). every hit blocked gains a Smolder. every Smolder increases duration of Incinerates. so getting to Nova form is tenable without prefights.

that’s THE reason he’s called a mystic killer, and why those who love him say he don’t need awakening. Pre-fight for bosses or single fights (BG, Colosseum) almost exclusively. and maybe someone who has incinerate immunity as a base (IH, Purgs, etc.). it’s his “get out of jail free” card.

But the reality is, this isn't really going to get you Elder any sooner. You need 3 T5 Alphas in order to take a champ up to Rank 5, and you need three Rank 5 champions to get Elder.

This event is only going to be able to net you half of a T5A unless you spend more money.

It's much more reliable and consistent to complete content like 9.4 and Colosseum, and if you're skilled enough all 6 Carina's. But if you're not enough to do all 6 Carina's, and say you're only getting them from 9.4 and Colosseum, that's only getting you two of the three required R5's for Elder. An additional half of an Alpha isn't going to be helpful for the majority of accounts, unless they already have 2.5 of them from other sources, in which case yes, take it to get you to Elder right away, otherwise it's still going to take you months of other content to get the required materials.
