If someone has a need to be competitive in something, and nothing real in their life offers that validation, they will try to fill that hole wherever available, including a gacha mobile game.

Maybe I'm weird, but I play strictly for the rewards. If I can secure Mysterium most seasons, that's what I aim for. I like this game obviously, but I don't have the time/skill/desire/need to be elite in Marvel Contest of Champions (lol).

I'm not too sure what is the purpose of your post.

So let me try to understand some of your points:-

1. Those spent a lot have a lot of Radiance, I don't remember Kabam selling Radiance, so I assume you mean they got bug account and getting all the highest ranking where Radiance are offered. Yep, that is true and that have always been the case, if it isn't Radiance then rewards, the more your spend the more "advantage" you get in the game. Otherwise it would make sense to spend.
2. Those that spend a lot in the Banquet can't see anything to buy from the Radiance store, because based on what you say, they have T7B on overflow. I think this would be an exaggeration. How many accounts out these that have R4 all of 7* champions max sig, maybe a handful, so the rest doesn't have resources overflowed and can buy T7B, T4A, T6CC or sig stones.
3. Those that spent (and not spent) felt the price in the Radiance store it too high, because they got give some in the Banquet. Well overall thing in MCoC always constantly depreciate over time, and with the induction of R5 and soon Ascension, R4 materials are bound to drop in value. So the Radiance store will get updated soon or later, especially with the introduction of Magik.

As I see it Radiance pricing can be consider as an over community sentiment and not just big spender. So not sure why target at only big spender?

So is your post try to say that people that spend should have not spent or that they should complain?

I dont understand the point of this thread because this is a real identified issue by kabam and literally what Magik will be for.

Yes prices need to drop all around for everyone but the issue of not having items of value is why Magik is going to be in the radiance store for a ridiculous amount

Also, dropping the prices in the radiance store helps everyone not just the whales.

This really need to be resolved before Wednesday, otherwise it will cause a lot of problem for the community.

Valkyrie (Hulkling) were Banquet champions (which mean that Kabam view them as high value).

Many would have gotten these champs and rank them up (over other champions) and add sigs stone to them (especially Valkyrie), knowing the upcoming BG meta they are the MVP, so now with this bug, players felt the resources are wasted. They could have ranked someone else up during this time instead.

New BG season start in 2 days, really hope we get something sorted by then.

Banquet have been great, good momentum all around, would be a shame that January become a downer.

So I tested Hulkling - am I missing something?

Attack rating increase from a 6* r5a sig 200 Hulkling to a 7* r4 sig 200 Hulkling is 1.502x - essentially, 50% increase.

I did the same fight with both of them - exact same amount and type of buffs on him during the sp2. Here’s the crit comparison first: 1.585x increase.

Next, non-crit hits: 1.502x increase (closer to the attack rating increase)

Maybe I’m missing something - please educate me if so. NOTE: I have NOT tested Valkyrie yet, but I will.

Haven’t seen any complaints. Seems to be a wasted post here but glad this person could vent. Whales aren’t complaining right now.
