That is added language, not a nerf. They are expanding fumble with the removal of ensnare. Once her update goes live, there will be a clear line of when a champ will or won't evade instead of it being an unpredictable chance that you can't be prepared for.

There is no second nerf.

I suggest YOU read it then as it doesn't mention anything about removing fumble.

The only nerf to sw is that they're removing her aar.

Other than that, her evade counter actually got a buff

Dev post? where did you find they removing fumble? They are "giving" the additional ability in the fumble, to prevent evade ( ensnare ability minus AAR).

Don't blindly follow youtubers/globals. you have the game, you have the champion. She wasn't nerfed, and you didn't even noticed. Players like you and me have zero effect on her AA being removed.
