It's actually tthe next major step to create a huge gap between the ftp and whales, as it's been going on for a while now, although it all depends on the gap we'll see between the reward tiers. All this ccp stuff n all is just an encouragement for players to spend more to the point that ftp won't be able to play this game anymore at some point.
