I had the same thing happen once: opened 4 crystals and got 4 Rhulks. When I complained, I was told that the RNG is the same for everyone. Meanwhile, Kabam-sponsored YouTubers be like 🗿

I’ve also had this issue ever since Titan crystals were introduced. Every time a new pool comes out, I somehow keep pulling champions from the old pool. At this point, I’m not even surprised by this nonsense anymore.

Anyway, man, just wait for the compensation. Maybe they’ll hand something out, because they’ve got some serious problems with the game’s RNG.”
