How can we trust Kabam now?
This is in relation to the state of the game. Why wouldn't you a a company forsee that this rollout without accounting for previous balances would cause this negative stir in the community?
For those playing this game for a while we've stayed through multiple nonfavorable changes to the player base. Going as far back as the SW and DS nerf.
How can we trust you now?
This is frustrating. This is not what "we" as a player base expect.

When Carina launches, please tell us all 6 rewards
It would be great if we could get a full breakdown of all Carina rewards up front so we don’t end up in a position where, for example, we form a third t5a but we’re out of t7b. (I know there’s a rankup gem for doing all 6, but still…)

So when you think about it, the game sentiment have been extremely low since 2025, there was just a little faulty blip of rally during the Banquet event, where Kabam need to reel in more and bigger fishes.
Ascension plan start back at the Brawl, thing were always bad, we (or maybe just me) were fool in thinking thing were going to be better.
But since the Banquet over and Kabam done with their fishing quarter quoter, they back to their old self.
Kabam keep wondering why players say that they are disconnected with their own game, but anyone that think Essentiar store with the original 5 Battleground reroll per WEEK, haven't got a clue what they are doing.
Honestly, in any other job, if a team doing something that disconnected with their own product, would have gotten fired on the spot, it is not a "rocky launch", it is a massive failure from the complete incompetence of the workers.

I was raising the alarm over ascension early on I think, but Andrew's video really brought home the insanity.
Because it's like, to take a champ to ascension level 2 (highest rank in the game is 7R5A2), you have to open 120 empowered crystals to then get a 1 in 30 chance to pull Mojo (or whoever your favorite is). And you have to do that 3 times!
And that's just for ascension level 2.
Think about what Kabam will require for the other numerous levels of ascension.
And that's not even factoring in not being able to take most of the good champs in the game to ascension level 1, or any new champs unless you spend thousands of dollars on featured valiants.
I think I pretty much maxed out every major sale last year, and I have no regrets.
But they have completely lost me at this point as far as coming along for this ride, especially when you factor in all the little slaps in the face that continue to pile up every week.
