The deadline is for claiming the drops after you've earned them. They expire and are unclaimable from your inventory after the 5th. You can only earn drops from the livestream but can leave them sitting in your inventory till the deadline

Using a striker doesn't remove the root, your striker just can't be rooted. If the striker ends before the root timer is up, you will still be rooted.

Long term, the Dust in the Act 9 rewards seems appropriate.

However, Act 9 effectively gate-keeps becoming Elder; so it should have been fairly predictable that late numbers of people would rush through it, in order to get them new progression title.

With Ascension rolling out as is planned, the vast majority of people who rushed to gain Elder will now be penalised for rushing, by losing thousands of Ascenscion Dust. Which, I'm sure you understand, feels kind of unfair.

The Dust tokens could have been a perfect solution, if they didn't expire.

I don't understand why the tokens converted back to Dust at the same time they left the store: all this achieved was a 28-day moratorium on expiration.

Why not just let us keep the Dust tokens until we're able to use them? Make a storage limit of 1-2 tokens; and remove them from the store, so you couldn't buy more. That should prevent excessive stockpiling.

Or if the team really, really don't want to do that; at least give us some kind of useful trade-in, like a Store tab to convert Dust into Ascenscion token gems, or T5A or something.
