Black widow as a 7 star
Re: Best Champs for the Ordeal?
Quick update:Oh if you have Shuri you're good then, I took NC out with Shuri, not the quickest fight cause he wouldn't let me switch him but it was a solo.Ok, jumped in for a bit at the end of a busy day. Picked up with Korg... hated it but powered through with Sinister. Had fun against D. Man with Nefaria. Then, that BPCW fight was not fun. You were right. Tried Venom... not good. Tried Shuri, worked for a little but was rough going. I revived Shuri, healed her up and hit fight, but was surprised to see Nefaria flying in to start the fightThe issue with NC and BPCW is the evade, Venom won't shut it down, it's doable just would've been way easier with Serpent because of his kit. Also Serpent can do both quicker as well because he's built for long form content but yes Venom can probably do it just harder and slower.Hmmmm... I dove in already 🫣. Venom actually soloed Ham. I took it slow and steady. I'm at Korg now and taking a break until tomorrow. If NC and BPCW suck badly, even while trying to either take it slow or brute force, I will concede and take the L and back out. Much appreciated, though.Hopping on also since I'm just about planning to jump in over the next couple of days (after doing some farming for potions, etc.). This is my plan but would love some added insight (been watching Noob's vids, too):You're really going to want Serpent for Nightcrawler BPCW and Ham, Venom is going to suck for all three fights.
1. D. She-Hulk (r2, sig. 100)
2. Sinister (r3, unawakened)
3. Shuri (r3, sig. 20) or Warlock (r2, sig. 20)
4. Nefaria (r2, sig. 40)
5. Venom (r3, unawakened) or Vox (r3, unawakened)
Still not sure on slot 5, but open to opinions. I don't have Onslaught (been chasing him for so long) or D. Thanos, Serpent and Wiccan are both r1 because I don't use them (the former because of my own personal gripe with Kabam's stance on the champ), Chee'ilth is r2, sig. 20, and Red Skull is r2, unawakened. Open to as much feedback as possible.. Just thought I would just give it a go and then jump in with Shuri after. You know what, Nefaria was amaaaaaaaaaazing for the fight. Nefaria's evade created openings, especially when he's unblockable, waited out his evade and unstoppable and tried to block (not parry) until he threw a heavy or another opening came, timing each cycle as best as possible. I fell into a nice rhythm and it worked. I slipped up and got pinned against the wall and clipped, but took down most of his health. Will finish up tomorrow, and then throw Shuri at Crawler and see, especially as she shuts down evade later in her ramp. Whichever way, powering through.
Had a little time to play this afternoon. Nefaria finished BPCW with ease, Shuri melted NC (just played short combos, and barely got to full ramp before he was dead), Domino (no shenanigans from her), and Apoc (got stunned a couple times but still finished with ease). Venom shredded Gwen. Nefaria soloed Mojo and Sassy (slow but careful and fulfilling Sp1 spam and saved the sp3 for Sassy after knocking him down following a striker at 1%). DSH took down Ibom (stepped up my intercept game after seeing that block damage). All solos so that helps.
Hoping to finish tomorrow but that depends on time available. I hear Shuri is good for Killmonger, so may try her and go to Sinister if needed. Not sure who to use for Void. Thinking Sinister for Fury, and then DSH with the clutch wither for Thanos.

Jean Grey either 6 or 7 stars, can’t wait to get her

God i love Jean grey design and gameplay, but my #1 is Yelena Actually
Re: So is WOF getting updated or nah?
It is interesting to me how often this complaint is made, when almost all of the game targets everyone else. Endgame content is a tiny sliver of the game. It always has been. There's more of it today than there was years past when there was almost none, but the notion that this game only cares about the top 1% of players is not only objectively false, it isn't even remotely close to being true.I wonder who is testing this content. I'm pretty sure it's not anyone from the other 98% of the player base. Great job Kabam, looking out for 2% of the player base. The content is unenjoyable, and there are endless champion paywalls, endless monthly sales now, and a monthly QVC-hour sales show. The game is heading in the wrong direction for 98% of the player base. And it shows, because look at your YouTubers' streaming numbers. I can't even find the content when I open up YouTube, and I used to be hammered with it. People are leaving, and people are no longer watching. The latest decisions by kabam makes me think that they are happy just keeping the top 1%, so they mostly don’t care about the rest and throw us a bone or two once in a while
Every player who decides to ignore Wheel is going to overtake its rewards and even its difficulty eventually just doing normal stuff. The hardest end game content is primarily targeted at the players who are so strong everything else is laughably too easy, and all they really get for doing it is bragging rights and a bunch of rewards a few months ahead of schedule. Which for them is a good deal because they can in fact do it without too much difficulty. And is also a good deal for the rest of us because we can safely ignore it without falling catastrophically behind.
Which is how almost all of the top tier or end game content in this game works, and has always worked. Whether it targets the top 5%, or the top 1%, or the top 0.1%. Even when it targets the top 25% and is so easy even I can do it blindfolded. Its still something out of the reach of the majority of players, which it has to be to be remotely interesting for the target audience.
Kabam recently stated that a lot of their work was focused on the lower content and newer players. If anything, they've been the primary target of a lot of their work. And according to Kabam, active player counts are in fact up, an assertion backed up by all the statistical metrics I can derive analyzing the player-facing data in the game itself. End game content was long neglected by Kabam, and now it is on a more regular pacing. But it is still only a tiny minority of the game.
Honestly, all the talk about how "everyone" hates things seems to completely ignore the fact that almost everything people complain about on the forums does not affect the average player at all. The average player is free to play, and doesn't care about the costs of cash offers. The average player is below Paragon, and does not care how difficult Wheel is. The average player just plays the game and enjoys it, because if they didn't they'd just quit and pick up another game, because they are not in any way forced to play it. The game is not heading in the wrong direction for 98% of the playerbase because you have no idea what the 98% looks like and would not recognize them if they fell from the sky.
As to the rest of your assertions, that's another completely wrong set of assertions that probably belongs in its own thread.

Radiance Mastery Point - swap unit cost to apply to all setups...
So I just purchased the 125k radiance Mastery point. Went into my inventory to use it and it applied the extra point as expected (kind of a weird way to do it but whatever). But....
While I can apply the point to a slot in my current setup, I'm required to switch over to my other 2 setups which cost 35 units a piece. So 35 units to swap from #1 to #2 and then 35 units to swap from #2 to #3 and then 35 units to swap back to my typical setup on #1.
So not only do we pay the 125k radiance, and the cost to equip the point (whether that be gold, units, cores, etc), we have to pay 105 units to equip it to all 3 setups... That was not in the fine print 😆. While it's not a lot of units, I'm very stingy with what my units are spent on and I'm extremely disappointed in how this process works.

Re: So is WOF getting updated or nah?
What's not reasonable about me asking him to elaborate further? Just because they make money you have to believe everything they say blindly? Sorry, no lmao.c'mon man, be reasonable. this company was sold for 800 million 8 years ago and has probably grossed hundreds of millions since. you don't make that kind of money without knowing your customers. the chances that they're taking any guesses is next to zero.Well you don't know that, and if they did hypothetically then we also don't know how many people we're talking about so I'm curious to know how exactly he got that information and how many people since he claims there's a group that actually enjoyed it (and is probably bigger than 1% of the player base since he tried using that argument to dismiss mine).every few months they send surveys to players but i'm sure they privately do that regularly and to players from all subsections of the community. we just don't know.If all the forums comments + ccs and yt comments barely make up about 1% of the whole player base then how do you know there's this "group" that actually enjoyed it? Did you personally poll the rest of the playerbase or how did you get this information? Furthermore, if you somehow got this information and we're talking less than 200 people then the same argument can be used against you, that's less than 1% of the whole player base.Which makes up about 1% of the whole player base.We don't ignore any feedback; we read everything said on all Social channels. And who's that group? Cause most people here on forums and even YouTube are not pleased with this as you can see.
Wheel of Fate has been out for less than 1 week. At this time, there are no plans to update Wheel of Fate.
There are going to be times when certain content isn't widely loved by the entire Community.
It has been received very well from the group of players that I expected to enjoy it.
I get feedback from more places than just the Forums and YouTube Content Creators / Comments.
This Quest was made for players who built very expansive rosters, who enjoy challenging content that is going to stretch those rosters thin. The majority of the people who work here do not fit that bill.
As I previously stated, it bums me out when people don't enjoy things, but not every piece of content is going to be universally loved by every subsection of the Community.
