It doesn't matter when they pull it if they're spending until they get the piece. That is literally the entire purpose of the offer - added value for the piece. They're not trying to con anyone but you out of 500 units for Valiant crystals.

I’ve found that Nico needs the right opponent to get the best from her and pay attention to the prefights. Against opponents without buffs she’s just fine and you can get some immunities from the prefights. She has good power gain and is very solid but not spectacular by any means.

When you’ve got opponents with buffs (and that includes armour) she’s an absolute monster. You can choose a prefight to stop them appearing at the beginning of the fight and then quickly get to SP2 to refresh the buff immunity. It’s the fact she’s making the opponent buff immune rather than removing the buffs that makes her so good. Plenty of champs have immunity to fateseal and other spells that remove buffs but none can stop her making them immune to those buffs.

That means no armours for Red skull, no death immunity for serpent and dark phoenix and no way for them to prevent her from doing it.

Huge oversight in event design, why would you have 2 related events end at different times. If they had put the same expiration date on both events people might have played 3 BGs just for this season at least.

I just think the right thing to do is to bring the box back. It really shouldn't be a tough Kabam decision. They designed the event poorly and now "lucky" but "slow" players are punished
