From the responses on this thread from Kabam, it genuinely feels like they are under the impression that they are providing some kind of valuable public service that we should all be grateful for.

Rather than an acknowledgment that they are serving up a bad product and need to improve, all I’m reading is ‘we worked really hard on this, stop giving us a hard time, we’re working in your interests’.

As a public facing employee he’s taking this far too personally and needs to detach.

One thing that feels extremely wrong about Ascension is the amount of time required to ascend someone. For example, I failed to get enough Lizard copies during the grace period. It happened. It wasn't because I didn't play or because I skipped something; I completed every piece of available content and opened as many Titans as I possibly could. It was simply down to RNG.

And now... how long am I supposed to wait? Until 2027, when I might finally be able to earn one more token?

This feels completely "anti-fun" to me. Realizing how long I have to wait, I can't find a better response than, "Well, why should I even bother, then?"

Player rating is the most useless statistic in the game, guess where the rating comes from? Champs PI, its just a number that means close to nothing. Prestige different story.
