The reel is purposely misleading. Open any valiant crystal and the reel will always end either next to a 7 star or a 7 star nexus.
Open a daily crystal, all 7 stars until you tap the screen and all of a sudden you land on some fragments.

I'm looking to become an MCOC content creator I don't really meet the requirements but that because I don't have a lot of the 7* champion I have 5 7* champions but with your help I think I might be able to be a pretty good content creator. The only thing I need help with is the champs and the resources once that's good we just gotta sit back and watch the community do it's thing.

Can you extend stat cast relic comp?
I was busy at work didn't have time to pick up relics from store.
