If you go into your Champions tab, you’ll see an option to view your Relics. Hit that, and you’ll see all of your relics. You can filter similar to how you filter your champs. Likewise, you can view a relic’s details by selecting and and hitting view details.

On that screen, you’ll can select the champion you want to bind it to, bind it, level up/rank up the relic, and muck about with its runes.
