Direct Permenant Chat Ban is Unfair
Hello All,
Few Days Ago I just typed some jokes on global which seemed child abusive but in that case I didn't even used any clear abusive word still got permanent chat ban for that without any temporary chat ban which i personally feel extreme for this game as global chat is the important place were players can interact and discuss about the game and also alliance chat is very important for this game I have been playing this game for more than 5 years and I get to know that my acc is suddenly muted permenantly for one mistake is too much I think kabam should give at least one chance to the player by temporary banning his chat so he can change if they directly ban permenantly than it is worst situation for the players to play this game without chat
I know kabam is supportive and they always take care of their users concern so they will unban my permenant chat ban It's a humble request and give me one chance

If it has been like this for two years, and it hasn't been a game-killing issue, then leave it as it is. The player base is used to it being this way. Also, it was never mentioned before by anyone at Kabam, not listed to the trello board or communicated with us. This needs to go back to the way it has been working.
