The only champ I can think of that would actually need this is Cap Marvel she could be a crazy attacker she is good for fights like onslaught but if she started with like 15 charges she would be insanely faster

idk why a single person is disagreeing with this, giving ramp up champs a bit of their ramp in bgs is absolutely nothing new, and its unfair for newer champs to not be given this same sentiment.
