As for my idea being ridiculous it does sound a bit but that's the reason i ask why you and others whether you agree or disagree about it in the original post for if you wish to share why you disagree i would love to hear the reasons only if you wish too.

For months, I have prepared. My roster has been forged in the fires of Battlegrounds and honed for the trials of the Necropolis. While the 10th Anniversary Carina Challenges have finally fallen, the Necropolis itself remains my unfinished symphony. It calls to me in the dark—a persistent whisper demanding I return. The only champ I can think of that would actually need this is Cap Marvel she could be a crazy attacker she is good for fights like onslaught but if she started with like 15 charges she would be insanely faster

idk why a single person is disagreeing with this, giving ramp up champs a bit of their ramp in bgs is absolutely nothing new, and its unfair for newer champs to not be given this same sentiment.
