Its really not. People have this weird false sense that they are owed something for the long time they have played or efforts put in the game. They have this false sense that because they get to interact with the devs or listen to a few jokes in a stream they became friends.

This is a business, they are not your friends and everything they do or say is because they see you as a customer or a potential one . The faster people understand that concept the less upset they will get.

FYI waitresses are nice to people for better tips, not because they are genuine.

Why does everyone act as if the company has some sort of obligation to entertain you? You are F2P or a low zpender. Kabam does not see you as an audience, they see you as a potential customer. Guess what happens when they see F2P players for 10 years? They stop looking at you as a potential customer and stop focusing on you.

Reward budget. It's too game breaking to give endgame valiant an extra generic 6 star gem

You are kidding right? This is a company first not a charity. The main purpose is profit, not entertaining you. Yes it is a game, a heavy monetized game. Your level of enjoyment will be limited to the monetization. You might think you are eating at the same restaurant as the whales or heavy spenders; but you are definitely not sitting at the same table.

Yes you got access to the same menu, the same food; but you are ordering the sandwich while the whales are getting their big steak and lobster.

I am not defending Kabam in any way, I don't like the direction it has taken. I do know my place though and makes it a lot easier to accept that at some point I will stop enjoying it and it will be over.

Man that's a lot of players using VPNs lately getting banned, good thing I only use it for region restrictions on streaming services.

You likely won't get any information here, since it is both a public forum and the weekend so Kabam employees won't be here.

If the ban was truly wrongful, then contact kabam support and file a ticket. Again they might take a bit since its the weekend. You could expect a response next week.

If the ban is not wrongful and you know its not, then please do not waste anyone's time. Wait it out. And then when you come back don't do it again or you'll get banned for even longer.
