I’ve had this issue with other companies. I finally just flagged it as fraud on my credit card and canceled my subscription to them, specifically telling them why. I warned them I would, you should do the same to maybe escalate it, but one of the many reps I wasted my time talking to basically told me to go ahead after not helping at all. The company probably didn’t care, but lost revenue is lost revenue, and I’m never using them again.Do not do this unless you want to get negative units. This is terrible advice.
Threaten to file for fraud, do it if customer service doesn’t fix it, and don’t spend, especially on bugged **** like this mode.

Best temper your expectations would be my adviceGoing on 20 minutes of global outage with no acknowledgement and no flip to "emergency" maintenance. Must have everyone in a meeting to write the jokes for the stream on Friday.

Ive got 3 of the QA Raid tokens In my alliance and after going half way through the AQ Raid week 4 and almost claming the 4th token, I get kicked out of the Alliance, I wasnt greifing or breach any rules, i was active, doing my part if anything carrying some of the lanes and now i feel like i just got greifed, hence making this post because i just got a 7star selector stolen from me and i dont know if there will another week of QA Raids to get this last token i need or if i get the 4th token for particpating idk, but what can i even do with 3/4 tokens? will there be another event like this or just gotta take it on the chin and find an alliance i can trust to not grief me of my rewards ive worked so hard to earn? maybe Kabam should look into this to prevent stuff like this happening in the future idk? just an idea since ive basically got robbed.
