I just checked and you guys were right. The rewards I got actually match the level shown, so there really is a bug after all. In fact, you actually start at level 1

Collective's objetives still bugged even with the compensation
As you can see I have unlocked 90 ranks but in objetives are just 84 ranks unlocked.

When I get to this screen I can’t “tap anywhere”. Now I can’t upgrade my champions.

There's nothing to fix, you're NOT at level 90!! You started at level 1 and you're now at level 15. This means you ranked each class collective 14 times for a grand total of 84. Each collective rank needs to be at 16 to qualify for that objective.
