To preface, I've hit a point in my progression where I feel kind of lost on what to do next on my account. I've reached valiant and have a pretty decent collection of a roster with a rank 4 and a handful of rank 3s. For the first time I feel like I've reached an "endgame" status or at least a point where I'm starting to aspire towards endgame content but I don't really know where to go first.

I've fully explored act 8 and what's available of act 9, and I've done at least one path of Epoch of Pain (Path 1). The problem is I've saved up a good batch of units (4k+) and I'm lost between whether to attempt Necropolis, explore epoch of pain, or try the ordeal, or even just do nothing and save up for July 4th. I'm not really sure of what I should do or even what I can do.

Some suggestions would be helpful! Here's my roster for reference:

All other events, calendar holidays, etc…. Subject to be tossed but this one. See Chinese NY this year.

And of course the comments can’t even be benign, it’s “get on board or get out” here at the forums within the first 5 minutes. Gonna be another fun month. 🙄

Kabam has always supported pride, they have a lot of staff that are also a part of the community

“Get on board or get out” is more like have basic human decency for the LGBTQ community

The comments in the thread are unprovoked already telling people to quit the game if you don’t have the same views. And it’s just June 1st.

I have seen multiple holiday greetings from multiple religions expressed on these forums without in game events. I don’t recall any of them telling other people to quit the game if you didn’t celebrate.

Well As far as I believe no one is mad in the forums either for kabam celebrating Christmas or LNY. So far many people threatened to quit and abused kabam only for celebrating pride.

You don't have to have same views, you just don't have to be mad about kabam celebrating pride. That's the only thing expected here.

Kabam in my few years here has never explicitly celebrated Christmas, or Thanksgiving. or Hanukkah etc… the banquet event sort of lines up with the time of year but it’s always been generically named “holiday” event. Not so with this one… it their company, have at it. I am just saying there hasn’t been even the hint of fur flying or haymakers thrown and we already have people saying celebrate or get out of the community. Why the angst? Have your celebratory threads like other people have theirs…. Why go negative with such declarations of “quit the game”? Seems like baiting to me.

Who forced you to celebrate? You can ignore the whole event and just claim the rewards. If you don’t like someone saying happy pride month, don’t come into a thread about pride month? Seems pretty simple to just ignore it and not lose out on anything

I think what he's trying to say is there's always a lot of passive aggressive remarks on these threads from the other side too which to a certain extent I do agree with. He's not saying anyone is forcing him to celebrate or that he has an issue with pride itself, it's more about the passive aggressive comments saying celebrate it or get out.

Ah I get you. I don’t expect anyone to celebrate it, it’s more so that I don’t understand what he means by a “different view.” If that view is that they don’t want to celebrate, sure fine that’s their choice

I completely missed that part, if he meant something else by different view then nvm I thought he was talking about the passive aggressive remarks people send for no reason before there even is an argument. This thread started as completely wholesome and then some people are already being passive aggressive on both sides for absolutely no reason. Just wish we could have one of these with no ragebait whatsoever some of these comments are basically inviting the bigots and the trolls to start with the toxicity as per usual.

You didn’t miss anything and correctly got the point of my posts… as anyone who honestly goes back and read what I said would get the same conclusion. Unfortunately in today’s culture, that’s a big ask.

If your view is don't care it's none of my business then that's fine, that's the same view I have, I don't celebrate it but I don't demonize either. I get that the main point was people straight up being rude pretty much saying celebrate it or get out tho.

I do think that even though Totems first message was strongly worded, they did explicitly call out bigots. I don’t think there’s a place for actual bigots of any kind in any community. I didn’t see anyone specifically saying celebrate or get out (which I hugely disagree with anyway and basically echo your sentiment on the matter).

And what are you exactly gonna do about it? spamm forum replies? Oh what will become of them, a worse fate than death is having Emilia90 and Totem trashtalking you in a forum🙀.
