I’d buy it. And it won’t break the game economy or feel like a waste to get any item.

For the kit you can do a Mix between Jessica Jones and Stealthy Spidey to mix ultility and damage, You can give him Unstoppable saying his too angry to be stoped
you can use a camera on the heavy that stuns as combo finisher
Special 1 it's 17 hits beating you with a flag pole
special 2 it's 5 hits with 4 being your paycheck and the last one he throws a table at you
Special 3 he grabs you to his office and gives you emotional damage(Like Mojo S3) by saying those pictures are trash and you don't know how to do your work, last hit he throws the chair at you the moment you are about to leave his office
This is more a Joke character that could work realy well and be made to counter Spider champions abilities like Evade, Debuffs,Auto Blocks and crits

Post like these make sense to me. It’s a way of saying goodbye. A way to honor the end of a chapter of a big thing in your life for years. Most of us play this daily for years.
I think it’s good for the community to see when tenured players leave. Kabam sees it but the only way we know is post like this. I’ve seen so many videos about content creators leaving the game.

Wow, someone has been learning new words on the playground. FYI, ToS states a five year old can't play this game. You may want to return Mommy's phone.
Also, it's not an assumption. You stated you lost 4 science catalysts, and he's reverted to level 0/25. This would imply that you used 4 science catalysts (required for a level up from r1 to r2) and he's back at 0/25 (which is very similar to 0/35 and can be easily overlooked, especially for a five year old with poor number sense).
It would have been much easier to post a screenshot of your Falcon instead of name calling.
