Pausing isn't cheating. It's against the spirit, absolutely, but it's not cheating.
As they've said, they're all for trying to stop this practice, it's rather difficult to do so without removing an at times necessary function - as shown above.

1. I'm not Russian. I don't know where you could possibly have (wrongly) inferred my nationality from. I have no recollection of having ever typed something in Cyrillic here, or something similar.

At the end of the day… this really is a good game. So much strategy and interesting interaction out of swipe swipe tap. It’s one of my favorite marvel gameplay experiences… beating the GM in act 6 pre-nerfs is a favorite gamer moment… but sadly it’s run by a toxic girlfriend of a company and I’m no longer having fun and I don’t seeing it ever getting better… I’d love to say, it’s not you it’s me… but that’d be a lie, it’s totally you Kabam.
Never play testing things, never quality checking your work, never using money your players invest in fixing the AI, the lag, the frame rate skipping, never taking the fighting bugs seriously…. All many of the reasons I’m walking away.
I hope you do better for my friends that keep playing because it’s more for them that I post this. I want them to enjoy the hobby I used to enjoy, but I fear it’s too late for me.
To my fellow players If I was lucky enough to play with you, I really did have a great fun doing it, and I wish you the best.
To the other forum fiends and white knights, all the best going forward. I’ll miss trading jokes, barbs and debates with you all.
And here’s me signing off, thanks for the memories some I know the pixels won’t last.
And like any post I made I’m sure I’ve missed more than a few typos, but what evs. All the best 🫡

Re: GC meta is ass - so few champ option + Ai dependent
Yeah they need to stop with these AI dependant metas and just complicated ones in general especially when they're just throwing a bunch of bs nodes together and calling it a day. Maybe when Maw Korg Hulkling and Bishop were top defenders metas like this one were required because defender kits weren't so heavily packed with bs but now? Most meta defenders already have a **** ton of built in nodes we don't need more, take Jean for example (and I'm not saying she's an op defender by any means just that she already has so much on her kit it gets ridiculous when they add a tough mix of nodes on top what she already has) she has built in random reversed controls, she has a shield which makes her VERY tanky and if you use a champ whose main source of damage is crits she applies a **** ton of stacking exhaustions on you which makes your damage worse after every crit. This wouldn't be so bad if that was the only thing you had to worry about but thanks to this bs meta not only do your have to worry about that but you have to make sure to line up your main source of damage with her shield being down and the protection also being down which you achieve by dealing with the reversed controls while you also attempt to intercept and make sure you don't go over the bar of power you need because of polka dot which only gives you power while the defender has a damaging effect on them. I mean this is just absolutely **** ridiculous and don't even get me started with Serpent and Dark Phoenix cause those two are a guaranteed lost round straight up purely because of the fact that even their best counters in the game struggle taking them down in under a minute.
