Fix the mode. Gating champs behind experiments, especially of this gravity, is a warcrime. There, I made sure my voice was used. But genuienly, this is the worst time I ever had in this mode and that includes cheater seasons. Yes its that bad in my opinion. I finished between arcane and quantum the last seasons, so im not particulary good, but I do understand a thing or two.
Problems imo:
1. Health not counting. Besides the obvious lack of depth and complexity and thus skill expression, this also leads to way more ties, since you just need to get the same time, which is way more likely now. Banish this concept and never even think about bringing it back.
2. Paywalling rerolls. I dont care if you lose some money from not selling rerolls short-term kabam, make them free once per game or remove them at all.
3. Poorly considered nodes. I dont care if a node makes the fights difficult, I care about nodes that completely disable most champs or only enable a handful. Especially after the first R5 champs emerging, it is incredibly frustrating not being able to bring most of your R5s, just because the nodes in BGs disable them. I cant believe no one thought of that.
4. Time count. How is there not yet a solution for loading times affecting the outcome, especially in a season where time is the only thing that matters?
5. Roster differences. Its a difficult topic and I get that peoplke should be rewarded for having large rosters, but at the same time punishing players for smaller rosters is just foul. I think distinguishing between high-end players and progressing players would be a good idea. I personally dont care about VT rewards, I only care about the radiance, so having a playlist similar to VT for anyone below Elder or even below Valiant might be a healthy idea.
