Re: Kabam Team Thank You
It's been a rough start to the last several months. The team works very hard on what seems to be a lot of the wrong things and the quality of the game has suffered significantly over the last several months, progressively getting worse with each update. There have been some bright spots, but overall the game is worse off in multiple ways than it was even just a year ago.If you're not enjoying the game, quit playing. In all sincerity, to anyone not enjoying the game; stop playing it. It's not worth getting stressed out and hacked off with. Do something else you do enjoy.
When we stop seeing every desirable 7* exclusively sold for hundreds of dollars and likely never to be seen for years, when we stop seeing 7* introduced once with little to no hope of ever seeing them available in a more reasonable format, when we stop seeing multiple game modes broken every month and multiple bugs lasting for several months or years with no progress, and when we start seeing a level of communication that once again prepares and informs players rather than delays their disappointment...that is when we can thank Kabam.
So long as things continue in the current direction, it's hard to thank them for their "care and hard work".
Yes, there will always be things to fix, however, when nothing comes off the list and other things are added onto the list, how long before we realize that that's just not where their priorities are anymore?
Re: Kabam Team Thank You
Most arguments are pointless because both sides assume that the other party is a consistent, rational, empathetic thinker by their standards which is quite often not the case. You expect logical decisions, reasonable actions and accountability from the other side but they are not you and you are not them. They don't have the same views as you do, they don't aim the same thing as you do and they don't have to.We keep playing because we do enjoy the game and want to keep enjoying the game. Who's talking about stress? It's a long series of disappointment and frustration watching a game we enjoy continue in a poor direction. There's nothing wrong with calling that out and telling people they should just quit because they want a better game is ridiculous. It's one thing if the complaints are nonsense, which they often can be, but it's a fair ask for them to slow down on the overcorrected focus on monetization and improve the quality of the game. Telling people to quit because they want the game to last is stupid. It's been a rough start to the last several months. In this particular case you are playing their game, nobody is forcing you and no parties rights are violated therefore its totally fair from a logical point of view. Nobody can force anyone to have some common-sense or change their views based on one anothers own. If their business model suits their goal, is efficient and sustainable then why would they care about your complaints? They often than not have a better understanding of their actions and consequences; for example, if the decision of acknowledging a mistake is more harmful than beneficial then they simply won't. It doesn't matter if you feel entitled to be heard and given attention or expect some common-sense, its a business revolving around money after all. Your emotions matter only if they can reasonably affect the success of their model which is rarely the case with Kabam hence %99 of "valid" complaints get ignored.
I share your sentiment, I find them understandable for someone with a bit of common-sense but it doesn't change the fact that they don't have to act accordingly. As long as a sufficient amount of people keep supporting the game, whatever fiasco happens, they will keep it as is if its still sustainable for them. Keep up with the constructive criticism, voice your opinion but don't get frustrated that they don't take it serious all the time. Companies don't have souls or emotions, decision-making processes differ for both parties.
Hope the point I'm making is clear and does make sense. I personally support change and think its long overdue but I'm also aware of the fact that my opinion alone doesn't matter if its not shared by many and acted upon. Just cause one is criticising the sales while buying out the store doesn't mean much in that sense but that's another story...
Re: I’ve never scene this before, is this what people mean when they hit the pause button?
Oh that’s interesting. So you guaranteed ~14k if you do nothing? That definitely sounds like an exploit that should be fixed.More like, getting annoyed matching higher roster. So they pause to show thier rebellion, wasting other players time, they knew they were lost at that point. This was D1.
Re: Seriously .What is this man
Is this Sparta or what, you were the peace messenger who got kicked.

Re: Valiant EQ is disgusting
Or they may make it 7 star only to spite usOn mid-map boss swap, you can take two lower rarity champions along with the "real" champ and take them to full health by using L1 or L2 potions. After I realized the gimmick, I would just take one “real” champ for the mid-map boss and then two random schmucks. If your primary champ gets knocked out, you are going to have to spend a revive on the next section of the map, even if you use a second or third champ to finish off the mid-map boss. So better to just revive the champ you know is best for the boss fight instead of using an alternate champ.I was a bit confused on the first quest, as I got to the selector node before 2nd Psycho Man, and threw Knull, Venom, and Scream (for the 2 spideys afterwards) into my team, fought Psycho Man, then immediately had to switch all 3 champs out again despite not using Venom/Scream. Like, what's the point? Do I really need to add 2 synergies to the one champ I'm going to fight with?Ok, I was just looking at a youtube run and couldn't understand that "design choice," so I guess it's just a trap to get us to use one champ but eliminate two more.
Can anyone tell me if you can use different rareties of the same champ?
Like if I use a 7* Bullseye, can I then also use 6* Bullseye later, or will it not let me?
Bad design all around. Seems like the SQ team was given a shot at the big time with monthly EQ.
Healing 1* it is.
And its gonna change. As people hate 3 champ swaps. Rip you guys lol

Re: At a loss with the summoner fest event
I have problem if paragons are getting full t7b.Then have a selector like every lower milestone if that is the concern. I don’t think any account having a single tier 7 has any impact since you need three and four tier 4 alpha for a rank 4.There were knock back effects to those Events and lower Accounts having access to those. I'm with Rex on this. Anyone TB and under shouldn't have much access to T7B.So you are missing my point. All of the previous realm events let everyone contribute as much as they could/wanted to. Yes it is harder for lower accounts but they still could. A throne breaker player could have opened enough banquet crystals to get all of the rewards. A cavalier player could grind battlegrounds. This realm event restricts what players can get. Your argument is the top rewards are too good to give to lower accounts. What would they do with one Tier 7?I believe Paragon players still have access to Valiant EQ.So all players have access to the valiant EQ this month? How does a player reach the top milestone without that?If you engage with the game in all areas throughout the next two months, you'll gain points in the event.Curious more clarity for Realm event coming? soon?So this is what’s essentially replaced the Summoner Appreciation events? This really feels poorly designed as a ‘community event. This isn't replacing the "Summoner Appreciation Events."
The more players that do this, the higher the overall Milestone will get, granting everyone more rewards throughout the event.
You can reach the top milestone without spending money on the event.
There are some milestones linked to in-person announcements, etc, at Summoners Fest in November...
Is there any additional clarity you're looking for me to share?
The top milestones consist of Tier 7 Basic.
If you aren't Paragon yet, Tier 7 Basic shouldn't be naturally obtainable.
If Realm events are supposed to unite the community with a single goal, this fails because by your own admission the entire community can’t achieve the final goal.
No problem if valiant.
Re: At a loss with the summoner fest event
I agreed with this but calling it a casual. Grind when you kind hav to play every day with a 15k buffer why’s making. It like that’s it going to get people burn out it simple. And 7.5k for all those we waited for the drop i know you already addressed that’s so let moves one plus putting ranked rewards when max is 300k unless you’re buying Odin and stuff I hope future get better regardless hav a great nightI believe Paragon players still have access to Valiant EQ.So all players have access to the valiant EQ this month?
