I saw nothing in my website store so I bought it in game. It seems that here’s a bug making many of us lose the chance to get extra units and sigil credits. Maybe we need a compensation of them. Otherwise it would hurt we players who are glad to buy sigil at the first time when it launches.

Irrelevant to the question asked, I don't see it in the webstore even though when I first logged in, it said I can buy it, where is it

Yeah, didn't see it there either. So bought it in game. Only for alliance mates to say it is there now. So guess I'm out 375 Units and more than double the sigil credits as well. -.-

It's on the webstore but when you try to get it instead of it going in your cart or going to the checkout, you get the spinning wheel from in-game. Nice touch there!
