What do you mean, you did all the reg bounties, but it didn't give you all the other elite ones?

It's 2 separate messages. The first is the title and picture as that is different data to pull (if you completed it) the other depends on how much you have done so it might take time to get to everyone. I got mine just a minute ago, so don't panic yet. Just wait a little more.

I have 100% completed act 6, 100% explored 6.1. I assumed the comp would be the difference in rewards between when I completed it years ago and the rewards they updated on Weds.
