I think they're trying very hard to keep the old player base by doing fresh things. The problem is that they aren't asking us what we want out of the game to maintain or even increase our engagement. They're taking stupid risks that aren't working out because they're doing things nobody asked for in place of things we've asked about for years. I really have to wonder who sees the surveys we get and what they do with the info.

OK, what are you supposed to do if this son of a **** connects with you just once, I had to sit there and basically soak up an entire health bar of punishment, he pushes you to the left, gets endless unstoppable sop is borderline untouchable in all honesty. I quit in the end as it was obvious all that was going to happen was a lost hero, I do find this borderline ridiculous that there is a character ion the game who if he hits you only one time basically becomes utterly unbeatable with a lot of heroes.

This is in story mode 6 I think, near the end, I know he is a tough guy to kill if he connects, but this was fairly silly to be honest, you just sit there and watch yourself being destroyed and nothing you do works.

I know that is kind of the point, but if you make on mistake, fight over, he has endless unstoppable, you can't block or do anything , the fight is pretty much over the first time he connects?

It largely depends on your roster. If you're using champs like X-23, Blade, Gwenpool, or Archangel a lot, Deep Wounds gives them all a significant boost. However, if your top champs don't utilize bleed, champs like Hyperion, Iceman, Quake, or Medusa (her bleed is not extended by deep wounds), then Assassin is the better of the two.

Assassin is definitely worth at least a single point, though. If I were working to build them up, I'd put 1 point in Deep Wounds, 1 point in Assassin, and then the next 4 points into Deep Wounds. Assassin is helpful, but I get more utility out of Deep Wounds.
