I can tell you now a wqll built one kicks arse in PVP, was just roundly battered by an endlessly regenning SOAB, you literally could not kill him, on the ropes right wall down to 1% regens like ****, it was borderline ridiculous honestly literally impossible to kill, no matter if you special, heavy or combo he just finds a way to stay in,

I quit in the end, the result was obvious as it usually is with this kabam garbage

He kicks arse in PVP, just took me clean out,. endless regen and one poison hit I was done in about a second, no matter what you do, he is impossible to kill if his regent kicks in, no matter the power of the hit it seems he just regens in half a second up to about 40% and carried on, I had him down to single figures 4 times and quit in the end, the result was pathetically obvious.

Obviously you do now know he is there, so your hero is not necessarily good against him, but this was a joke, easy peezy then utterly dominated and pointless carrying on
