Yes, if they are still doing their 21 COMPLETED matches (and have already done their 7 WINS objective). And just forfeiting instead does NOT count for the “Completed matches” (same as during Ally Event even if just looking for quick “Loss” points)

But you'd think they would have some more high ones just to occasionally get the new DAILY one for a little Essentia.
