Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
Dear Kabam, I ask you to see the ban message and really deal with this global problem, which has affected 20-50% of your game's players in the CIS.20-50% is quite the range. Should probably go back to the documentation you got that info from so you can narrow it down a bit. But let's also be honest - the global problem is cheating and account sharing, not Kabam enforcing rules.
Last season, I personally entered the gladiator arena with my own hands, and then played 4-5 matches. I earned 18 points and ended the season in the URU. Am I a cheater?
And your note about personally playing BGs this season with your own hands is interesting. Almost like you're overemphasizing the point because you've previously played the game with someone else's hands...
I will agree that they shouldn't have let AI send the same response to everyone though. That's just confusing.
Kabam, why aren't they banned? The situation with CIS region streamers accept money to complete cont
These people accept money to complete content on other people's accounts.
This creates an unfair system, unfair play, and unfair competition between players. Sometimes they do this on stream and cover the other person's account name with a photo so that the player who gained an unfair advantage cannot be reported.
They complete a lot of content outside of streams so as not to draw attention to the unfair play on other people's accounts for money. This violates Kabam's rules.
Why haven't these people's accounts been banned yet? Is there an agreement between Kabam and the streamers not to ban?
Also, these people regularly use other people's accounts to open crystals in videos. This does not create unfair competition, but it violates the rules of use of accounts.
Streamers sell services to complete/exploration content on other people's accounts on their social networks and private messages. But you can somehow verify this using the account data.
Here are some of the streamers violating fair play:

There are many other streamers who break the rules in the same way. I hope that you will be able to understand the situation and take measures to block your accounts. I will be waiting for your reply.

REMEMBER NOT TO CLAIM MARKET POINTS
Just a reminder not to claim market points until later in the week after the event starts. I have chronically claimed things as soon as they drop and then an event drops and you don’t get the market points counted towards the total points for a milestone in the web store, so here’s a PSA

Very odd how all the sub 10 posts folks are coming out all at the same time.

Idk about the others, but RomVite was banned. He came crying to the forums claiming he was innocent and should be unbanned because he's "famous."

Re: KABAM SUPPORT EXPOSED: How they really deal with summoners’ requests
Good day, fellow summoners! I’d like to tell you about how our beloved little indie company, Kabam, works!Tbh, I kinda feel like they really messed up this time too. yeah, trust is gone for me. Once it’s broken, it’s hard to get back.
As many of you know, last week a bunch of players got their accounts banned for donating to the game through third parties. Because of this, my honest and dear allies and friends suffered—people who play the game fairly, without using third-party software, and who also have great skill and an impressive stock of testosterone. They contacted support to find out exactly why they were banned, and the answer from support was a killer — they were banned for cheating in Battlegrounds. And everyone got the exact same response.
I’m not going to speculate on the real reason for the bans, because it’s just laughable. Nobody broke the rules in Battlegrounds — some of them didn’t even really play that mode in the past season.
So, here’s the point of my post: I wasn’t banned. And I thought — what if I contact support with the same issue my friends had, but with my account still active? Guess what? I got exactly the same response as my friends. You can’t make this up.
The funniest part is the ticket submission form. Support asks you to provide your in-game nickname, when you made a purchase, when you last logged in — all, apparently, just to create the illusion that they care about the player. In reality, it seems they didn’t bother to run any actual checks, since our beloved little indie company apparently decided to put their support in fully automated mode so they wouldn’t waste too much effort. I’ll attach screenshots of the ticket and the response to this post, as well as proof that I wasn’t banned.
But hey, don’t worry — any minute now @KarateMike is gonna roll in with the heartwarming “Hey, that's me” post and you’ll have your answer
