I love how Champs come out for about 5 minutes and people form these assessments. When will they ever learn?

Hard disagree on that. Scores of Champs have been amazing and everyone said they were meh when they came out. Hyperion comes to mind, Tigra is another. I've seen people turn their nose up at every Champ over the years that isn't big yellow or red numbers. Fact is, people don't spend enough time using Champs to make assessments.
