It’s against the Terms of Service for others to log into your account for any reason, hard stop.
If you play on your own account, and don’t let others log into it, you won’t get banned - first of all, it’s against the rules… but secondly, you never know what they’re going to do on your account.
(I’m aware that *you* were not banned, we’re using “you” in the general sense here.)
Frankly, the Support Team does not need to require full transparency on bans.
As time went on, we’ve been a lot more lenient in peeling back the curtain and providing transparency into why a ban occured.
The Support Team is intended to help you reverse accidental rank ups, lost items, bugs, etc - not reverse a ban.

In the spirit of logic and respect, the vast (overwhelming) majority of players who come to the forums claiming they were banned unfairly are usually shown to have been lying. So, for those of us who have been here for a while, experience has led us to be very skeptical.Dude, I am absolutely sure that my friends, whom I met in person in real life, are cheating. Did you even read what the post was about?

Bastion - Awakening
Hey guys, I have a 7r2 Bastion and I was wondering if I should use my 7* generic AG on him. I hear he needs it; the only other champs I have that I would consider giving it to is 7r3 Jean Grey or 7r3 Okoye.

It's literally never made a difference unless you are spending and want to save $6. Each time they do an event, the first one or two milestones are attainable if you claim all the available points during the timeframe, and the amount of milestones depends on the duration of the event. Any milestone after is always well out of reach.

You need to be contacting your government if you want prices changed in games. Kabam doesn't control prices based on regions with varying economics. Kabam only sets a baseline price and then your region is responsible for adjusting the price to their economy.
