No, those are lost (as far as the ALLY Event portion). They still count for you ONLY for the Realm and the Solo events.
Checking Forums (or previous announcements about the Event) would have seen MANY other people asking same question all the time, and NO being answer.
you need to wait until that 14-day in alliance time is reached before any new points are available to contribute to Ally Event.
Waiting for the third banquet key like that...

It is genuinely not a cheater, so I hope you didn't report them at all. Just a turd that believes not playing the game is the best strategy to play the game, which works once out of every bunch of times.
