Isn't that how Michelle Star Restaurants work, palate cleanser between each dish with the correct wines to accompany it. 🤣🤣🤣

It’s like a party where the table gets the alcohol and desserts removed for a couple of hours and replaced saltine crackers and diet-caffeine free cola. And then they are swapped back in again later…
