Metamorphosis Elder Crystals
I just spent 16k units on empowered crystals because i didn’t see the metamorphosis crystals anywhere. I looked in the premium section, in the metamorphosis store tab, and everywhere i could think of but couldn’t find them so i thought you could only get them from events and for money so i just bought the empowered crystals. Now i see that they are halfway down the list in the regular crystals tab so i spent 16k units on way worse crystals because you guys made the metamorphosis crystals so hard to find. I’m livid. I don’t even know what you guys can do for me because i opened all the crystals so you can’t refund me. I just feel like i was duped because you guys did a terrible job making those clear. I dont know why those weren’t in the premium crystal section or shown for units in the metamorphosis store. I feel like you guys should send out some compensation for that as an act of good will because i was planning on buying some deals for to get some extra keys after i saw what i got but now i’m soured and don’t know if i want to.

Where are my extra 2 points per purchased crystal?
So clearly states crystal vault for the additional 2 points per crystal for the event. Not the unit store or web store only... So where are my 2 points im lucky I saw a YouTuber get burned because I was about to drop 20k of my hard earned units... Please tell me this is just a

Never has 36,000+ units meant so little
I have no idea where this game is going. Ascension continues to be nothing but a disaster. No excitement in the event crystals - percentages are absurdly low.
No excitement in maxing out the milestones - only trepidation that your couple A2 champs are the ones you want. (Champs that aren’t even top tier and will be eclipsed in short order.) Otherwise… spend $$$ to get there. This is so far from last years event it’s pathetic.
