Why does it take so long to implement things that benefit the players
Kabam, why does it take so long for you guys to fix things, we have to complain about stores before they get updated ( even when they are updated they do the bare minimum ).
We have to complain about rewards being outdated, then they'll take 6 months before they implement it only for it to be outdated in another 6 month.
Look at rampart AQ for F sake π€¦ did it not occur to you guys to at least bump the rewards π... You clearly worked on The whole map surely slapping some relevant reward there is not going to hurt anyone... It's honestly becoming frustrating but when it comes to implementing things for money y'all are quick on your feet....
I know you will take another 6 month to announce Ascension availability for new champions and another 6 months to implement that too...

Jeez its not my intention to defend them; but there is events going on, multiple sources for rewards. What exactly is in that Elder compensation that everyone is acting as if it was account changing and need it right now?

Accidently exchanged one of my gems
I accidently traded one of my 2 to 3 ascendable gems for a heart of fire gem. All of my heart of fire champions are past rank 2 so I'm stuck with a useless item. Is there a possibility to add a trade for my heart of fire gem so I can trade it back to be an ascendable gem?
RAMPANT MODDING & CHEATING IN LATEST CARINA'S CHALLENGES AND ACT 9
I am most respectfully calling on Kabam to take immediate action against the rampant modding and cheating in the latest Carinaβs Challenges and Act 9 content. Many cheaters have even reached Elder status through blatant modding.
What is worse is that these players openly brag about it at the global channel. Despite having weak rosters and low stats, they somehow obtain Legend or Elder progressions and openly admit to using mods. Some even invite others to Discord channels where they share methods to mod MCOC without getting banned.
This is a direct insult to legitimate players who grind honestly. I already submitted reports and tickets against these players, yet they remain active with no bans or suspensions.
How are these cheaters still allowed to play freely? What is Kabam doing to protect the integrity of the game?
Look at the account of this player named solo_enough. How did he complete the latest Carina's? He has the "I Don't Fear the Clock" title. This guy only has 1,634 total quest fights, with zero pvp wins, and zero ally war mvp.
Look at this guy named D-O-N. He only has around 4K total fights won, 124 arena wins, and 0 AW MVP, yet the guy is already an Elder. Impossible!
Please also look at this player named Tanviii. The guy only has about 7K total fights won, and yet he is already an Elder? How is that possible?
