Got a 4* generic AG. Who should get it?

To provide context,
I already have a 5* Medusa unawakened, 4* BB and 3* Karnak for the synergy.
I'm uncollected and have Act 5 35% explored, currently in the middle of Act 2 exploration.
On RTTL 4.3.

My options are:

Medusa
Carnage
Venom
Dormammu

Venom since u have Medusa a 5* but that's just me I got a r5 4* unduped Venom and would even r5 him as a 5* now over Medusa
