No more ties.

I do not think any War should end in a tie. Please figure out some way to have a tiebreaker. Also I think we should have bonus point for any Defender that gets more than 3 kills.

That could be a solution tie breaker should be ordered
Boss kills

Attack bonus
Etc.
This was litigated to death during the last major cycle of AW changes. The current capped three attacker bonus system is a compromise between the skill component aspect of the original defender kill metric and the desire by Kabam not to discourage players from attacking super strong defender nodes in order to avoid handing the opposing side additional points.
You can be angry about it, but the current system is neither objectively fair or unfair, it just is. Instead of relying upon and benefiting from a small number of super strong defenders that can generate a lot of kills, the game rewards defenses that are moderately strong everywhere and can generate more kills across more of the map.
It is not how I would do it, but there's an element of skill and it rewards good attack play and penalizes less good attack play up to a point, and I think most people think it is good enough to be playable. Every system has corner cases, and if you fall into one it will always look like it is the worst problem in the world, but I don't think this one is really worth expending energy on reigniting.
