Why am I getting crashed out of battle or the game since the update

Good day fellows, I have a problem with the game. Recently since I have updated the game keep crashing either in battle, middle or about to start a match please any solution, kabam please get this problem solve I am forced to spend many potions on easy quest and making the Web slinger quest harder thank you
