    Basically you just get an additional amount of Shards again, same as the anount you got for Dup'ing the hero. So if you Dup someone who is already at Max Sig Level you basically get double the Dup shards (once at hero opening, once at MaxSig crystal opening).
    But Rare chance at getting a SigStone (maybe just on higher * MaxSig's) instead, and even SUPER-RARE chance at Immortal (White) IronFist, like maybe 1 in thousands of MaxSig openings.
