    Hey Rampage110, I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing lag and crashing while playing the game, and I understand it can be frustrating when a third character appears during a fight.

    There's an active discussion HERE, where others have also reported seeing a third character appearing onscreen during a fight. We've requested everyone to provide more information on this issue so we can fully investigate it and hopefully find a solution.

    We're always working to make improvements to the game and in an effort to keep everyone's feedback about issues such as lag and crashing more organized, we created two dedicated threads, one for iOS users, and one for Android users:
