Remove the help system. Change the times required to wait. And put the loyalty in the daily rewards if you're in an alliance.

There are hundreds of these requests to remove or fix (speed up) help requests, perhaps more than a thousand. Here is a recent one where I somewhat detail the amount of complaints Help requests and Help (gives) generate.

The speed of requesting help seemed good over the weekend, but now it's back to 5 seconds or more per tap.
