If you want a tank that can dish it out Yondu is the man. High health pool, good block proficiency, power control, weakness, bleed through block, nice consistent heal block, and a hard hitting L2 that scales in damage depending on how many specials the opponent has thrown. Also steals armor as an added bonus.

Nebula. Most people don't take the time to get to know her mechanics. Generally, Champs that take time to build up get underestimated. Except for Sparky. Lol.

I don't think Nebula is widely underrated at all. Ultron however gets very little love bc he's not a damage dealer

I find that with punisher you can chain a good 5 to 6 heavies from a parry. I mean, just get a good level of battery charges, and spam sp1 and heavy out of a parry, believe me, once you got them against a wall, they can't do anything.

goblin on a health node is a pain in the neck with no power control/health reverse champ

Punisher 2099 definitely. I doubt anyone thinks someone like nebula or yondu is underrated so they shouldn't really be in this post.

Gonna say P99. Just gonna say that if his Battery worked more like Gulk he’d be a debatable Demi tier. I do think he needs a modernization just a bit but even as is he’s a TERROR on kinetic reactor unless you got the trinity or play god node with serious power control.

All true, but I don't think she is underrated. These abilities are well know and often utilized.

Voted for CW because I think Nebula isn't actually underrated - a lot of people realise how good she is. I admit she's better than CW;. However, I voted for him because I'd rate him as fairly decent whereas I think his reputation is pretty poor.

CW is a decent defensive tanky champ who makes an effective Power Control option, particularly if you don't have Vision. He's easy to play with; has got decent health, and good defensive capabilities with self-activating armour buffs/passives that reduce offensive ability accuracy, bleed and poison damage.

Just got her recently, learned how to use her correctly and she's been killing it... Massive damage when played right... Just sit back and watch the enemy healthbar decrease with chunks at a time... Awesome
