Misuse of the word "increased" in crystal drop rate

I don't know if I'm reading this wrong or not but a 2.11% chance for a 4 star champion and a 5.13% chance for a 3 star champion doesn't feel like an "increased" option for me to obtain that champion.
I would be happy for this to be expanded on further for me. Thanks

well, when a number is higher then another number, that is an increased chance. For example, if there's a 5% chance of something happening and it's changed to 10%, that is an increased chance, as 10 is bigger than 5. Hope that helps

Increased means more than the usual rate. How much more is subjective.

They could literally go from 1% to 1.000000000000001% and use the word to sell more, it’s not incorrect usage, it’s just used in a vey minor way

    This is mind-boggling.
