    Depends on the rest of ur champs
    Medusa is more usefull vs Ultron final boss if u dont have other counters for that Ultron

    And for act 5 if i remember correctly medusa will benefeit u more

    Sparky
    Sparky is better if you are specifically going for uncollected, really strong burst damage, better than medusa's. He is also great for the collector, he will be able to build up charges and get off some heavy damage plus a powerdrain on his heavy if you can get off and his auto evade can save you early in the fight. Medusa really isn't a good counter to the collector.
